Kittens may be returned only if a genetic condition is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian within the first 48 business hours after delivery. In that case, we’ll gladly refund the purchase price of the kitten.
Please note: shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable, as they are paid to transport your kitten safely to you.

✨ Litter box adjustments are not a valid reason for return — however, we’re always happy to help with tips and support to get your kitten comfortable and consistent.
